When the seller sees and approves the request form, a chat room is opened.

The seller puts coins in the amount agreed upon by the buyer and deploys the transaction.
Buyer
The buyer receives the transaction distributed by the seller and puts the promised amount. This creates a randomly generated string known only to the buyer within the transaction.
When the seller knows the string that the only buyer knows, they can close the transaction and receive a distribution of revenue according to the contract.

If the buyer normally receives the service and product from the seller, the buyer informs the seller of a string that only own knows.
Seller
The seller puts the string informed by the buyer into the transaction, and the coins tied to the transaction are distributed according to predetermined rules.
When the transaction is successfully completed, the owner of the NFT is transferred from the seller to the buyer. Buyers can use this NFT for verification and resale procedures.
